It is the study of how the brain functions and develops at its most basic and fundamental level.  Cellular neuroscience is a multi-disciplinary field of study that encompasses aspects of biology, biochemistry, developmental biology, psychology, behavioral studies, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, and even philosophy in order to answer some of the most intriguing questions in biology...
